Today in Podgorica The President of Montenegrin Olympic Committee,
Dusan Simonovic, was visited by delegation of Montenegrin loan
balling Association: The President of Assembly- Ljubo Pavlovic, The
President of Managing Office- Mato Krstovic, The Secretary of
Asspciation- Jakov Kokeza and Eduard Gvegovic who is Loan balling
Association repesentative in Montenegrin Olympic Committee Assembly.
Montenegrin Loan Balling Association has the reach tradition. Since
1952, when it was built, their sportsmen have gotten really good
results, either home, or in some foreign country. Today in
Montenegro, this sport gether very many talented sportsmen.
The Representatives of Montenegrin Loan Balling Association let the
President of Montenegrin Olympic Committee know the situation in
that Association, problems with material condition of the
Association and relations with Serbian Loan Balling Association as
well. They also said that loan ballers work in really bad
conditions- small working space, where is situated the room with
really bad conditions for training and competitions. The onlu one
gym for this kinf of sport doesn't have dressing rooms, the roof
leaks, and it was built more than 30 years ago.
Concidering that, The President Dusan Simonovic offered help to the
Loan Balling Association for providing better work conditions and
developing this sport in our country. The Montenegrin Olympic
Committee is going to help in financing for making project
documentation gym in Tivat, and in that way they will have building
requirements for potential donators.
They also agreed that MOC should cooperate in organization for
professional curses for trainers and judges, as well as in summer
school for young trainers for this kind of sport.
The President of MOC promised that this Committee will do anything
to help developing Montenegrin sports and he will provide good
conditions for sportsmen and sports workers.
They also mentioned that it is important that Military House in
Podgorica becomes Montenegrin Sports House, and that idea was
supported by representatives of Montenegrin Loan Balling
Association.
In the end of meeting, representatives expressed huge graditude to
the Presidnet od Montenegrin Olympic Committee for support. They as
well mentioned the importancy of good relations between sports
associations and MOC.
